The Corned Beef!

Celebrating birthdays and holidays has been fun in the new house so far! Monday was St. Patrick's Day, and I hadn't had corned beef in years. Yeah, crazy me.

I enjoyed shopping for food and making our dinner. My husband and son Jude aren't big meat eaters but ate a lot of the corned beef to my surprise. Jude went to town with the cabbage. I was happy with how tender it all turned out. Jonathan also made us some green 'shamrock' milk that was sweet. The boys drank it up fast. We had Irish soda bread and ended it with some green Jell-O.
