SquareSpace

My Site is hosted by Squarespace. Personal Information (as defined below) hosted by or through Squarespace is subject to their privacy policy which may or may not contain terms as protective as this Privacy Policy. By using my Site, you are agreeing to be bound by Squarespace’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.

Children's Privacy

Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to purchase products on the Site, or technically be on the internet for that matter unless accompanied by an adult. TransientArt.com does not knowingly collect Personal Information about children under the age of 13 or allow them to place orders on the Site. If TransientArt.com learns that a child under the age of 13 is placing orders on the Site, TransientArt.com will close the child's account and delete all information collected about the child. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TransientArt.com may choose to retain the child's e-mail address as a means to prevent the child from re-registering with TransientArt.com in unrealistic hopes that the 13 year old isn't technologically savvy enough to simply register another e-mail address.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect Personal Information and use technology such as SSL encryption, access control procedures, firewalls and physical security. If you use Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer, SSL displays a "lock" to signify that a page is secure. I urge you to use a password to protect your account from unauthorized access by others. If others, including family or household members, access and use the Site through your password, you are responsible for the actions of those individuals. I don't care if your obnoxious sibling who posted on Facebook on your account or nosy mother-in-law logs into the Site unsupervised and unauthorized: your responsibility, mmkay? Cool.
