We’ve been in this house for a barely a year already and the kitchen is only now starting to feel, uh, ‘kitcheny’ to me. Our ‘new’ kitchen needed some homemade touches to make it feel more homey I think. Sewn things especially. :)
Growing up we had two of these sucker ornaments hanging on our tree. They’re very easy, and especially quick to make and add that “sweet” touch to your tree. I think they’d even be fun to hang on a garland for a girl’s party.
Since school’s been in full gear for the kids all I’ve been thinking about is the next holiday to come up. I want to do all of these fun things, but have been sick pretty much all month and have been slacking a bit. Or maybe a lot!
